We are seeking a motivated Crew Kitchen – Tim Operasional to join our fast‑growing hospitality team. Responsibilities
- Prepare, assemble, and serve a variety of coffee‑shop menu items, including pastries, sandwiches, and specialty beverages.
- Operate, clean, and maintain kitchen equipment such as grinders, espresso machines, ovens, and dishwashers in accordance with safety and hygiene protocols.
- Monitor inventory levels, receive deliveries, and assist with stock rotation to minimize waste.
- Follow standardized recipes and portion controls to guarantee consistency and quality of every product.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to local health regulations and company cleanliness standards.
- Collaborate with front‑of‑house staff to ensure timely order fulfillment and exceptional customer experiences.
- Assist in daily opening and closing procedures, including equipment checks, cash drawer reconciliation, and end‑of‑day cleaning.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements and communicate suggestions to supervisors.
- Provide on‑the‑job support during peak hours, demonstrating flexibility and a can‑do attitude.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Male (preferred) but open to all qualified candidates.
- Age: Up to 30 years old, bringing youthful energy to the team.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in a coffee shop, café, or a similar fast‑paced food‑service environment.
- Demonstrated ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Strong work ethic, good attitude, and a passion for delivering excellent service.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; able to work collaboratively in a multicultural team.
- Flexibility to work a Monday‑Saturday schedule, from 08:00 to 17:00, including occasional overtime during promotional events.
- Basic literacy in Bahasa Indonesia and the ability to follow written SOPs.
