Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Staf Penagihan Wilayah Medan to join our growing collection team. This role is based in the vibrant city of Medan and focuses on managing the full cycle of debt recovery for our retail and corporate clients. As a key member of the field operations, you will act as the primary liaison between the company and its customers, ensuring timely payments while maintaining professional relationships.

Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound and inbound collection calls to customers with overdue accounts, following company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Visit clients on-site in the Medan region to negotiate payment plans, resolve disputes, and recover outstanding balances.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities in the CRM system, updating payment statuses, notes, and follow‑up actions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on collection performance, highlighting trends, risk exposures, and success metrics for management review.
- Collaborate closely with the sales, legal, and finance departments to ensure a coordinated approach to delinquent accounts.
- Educate customers on available repayment options, financial literacy resources, and the benefits of timely payments.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with the OJK (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan) regulations, including maintaining a SLIK OJK rating of Kol 1 or better.
- Utilize a personal motor vehicle and a valid SIM C to travel efficiently across the assigned territory.
- Identify and flag high‑risk accounts for escalation to senior collection supervisors.
- Continuously improve collection techniques by participating in training sessions and sharing best practices with teammates.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Bachelor’s degree) preferred; candidates with a high school (SMA/SMK) diploma are also considered.
- Age: maximum 30 years old (candidates up to 35 years may be considered for exceptional profiles).
- Male gender (as specified by the client’s operational policy).
- Possession of a valid motor vehicle and active SIM C.
- Clean SLIK OJK credit rating, Kolom 1 maximum.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to negotiate diplomatically, handle objections, and maintain composure under pressure.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office) and familiarity with collection software.
- Self‑motivated, punctual, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
