Introduction
We are seeking enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to join our team as Staff Promosi Penjualan (SPG/SPB). This position is the front‑line of our brand, representing the number‑one automotive care product in Indonesia across a network of high‑traffic locations, including Shell service stations, Lippo Mall, Lotte Grosir, and a variety of supermarkets. As a brand ambassador, you will play a pivotal role in driving product awareness, influencing purchase decisions, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Engage shoppers at designated stands and booths, delivering compelling product demonstrations and answering questions about automotive care solutions.
- Execute daily promotional activities, such as product sampling, distribution of brochures, and collection of customer feedback.
- Maintain a well‑presented and fully stocked booth, ensuring all marketing materials are organized and visually appealing.
- Collaborate with store management and event coordinators to align promotional schedules with peak foot‑traffic periods.
- Participate in comprehensive product training sessions, mastering key features, usage guidelines, and competitive advantages.
- Track sales leads and report performance metrics to the regional sales manager on a weekly basis.
- Assist in organizing mini‑events, contests, or giveaways that increase brand interaction and drive repeat visits.
- Uphold company standards for professionalism, hygiene, and brand representation at all times.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve the promotional approach, sharing innovative ideas with the marketing team.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: up to 28 years old.
- All genders are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Confident, energetic, and able to present a polished personal appearance.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Basic numerical literacy for handling small cash transactions and tracking sales data.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, including occasional weekend events.
- Prior experience in sales or promotion is advantageous but not required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Key soft skills: active listening, problem‑solving, time management, and a positive attitude.
- Professional etiquette, a customer‑centric mindset, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing retail environments.
