Responsibilities
The Professional Nurse will play a critical role in ensuring safe, effective, and holistic care for a diverse patient population. Core duties include, but are not limited to:
- Conducting comprehensive patient assessments and developing individualized care plans.
- Administering medications, IV therapies, and wound‑care procedures in accordance with hospital protocols.
- Monitoring vital signs, recognizing early signs of clinical deterioration, and escalating concerns to physicians promptly.
- Documenting all nursing activities accurately in electronic health records, ensuring legal compliance and continuity of care.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams—including physicians, physiotherapists, nutritionists, and social workers—to coordinate seamless patient care.
- Providing education and emotional support to patients and their families regarding treatment plans, medication usage, and post‑discharge care.
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives, infection‑control programs, and regular staff training sessions.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment that adheres to hospital safety standards.
Requirements
- Minimum education: S1 Keperawatan (Bachelor of Nursing); D3/D4 acceptable with relevant experience.
- Valid and active STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) license.
- Age not exceeding 35 years.
- At least 1–2 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting, preferably in acute care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Strong ethical standards, physical stamina, and mental resilience to handle high‑stress situations.
- Proficiency in Indonesian language; additional language skills are a plus.
- Immediate availability to start work.
