Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring all personnel files are up‑to‑date and compliant with local labor regulations.
- Assist the HR Generalist in recruitment activities, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and preparing offer letters.
- Coordinate onboarding procedures for new hires, from document collection to orientation sessions.
- Support payroll processing by verifying attendance, overtime, and leave data in the HRIS system.
- Prepare regular HR reports (turnover, headcount, training metrics) for senior management review.
- Facilitate employee training needs analysis, help design training calendars, and track completion of development programs.
- Administer employee benefits enrollment, answer routine queries, and liaise with external providers.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR policies, ensuring they reflect best practices and company values.
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative support, such as drafting internal communications, preparing meeting minutes, and managing HR‑related documentation.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to promote a culture of open communication, teamwork, and employee engagement.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

- At least 1 year of experience in HR administration, recruitment, or personnel development (internship experience may be considered).

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic familiarity with HR information systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Analytical mindset for evaluating training needs, monitoring program effectiveness, and generating insightful reports.
- Excellent organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail and confidentiality.
