Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and diligent individual to join our team as a Mitra Program Penawaran Denda in Kabupaten Blang Pidie. This role is critical in supporting the local government’s effort to recover overdue fines by offering clear, fair, and timely settlement options to citizens who have already cleared their balances. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted liaison between the municipality and the community, helping to maintain positive public relations while achieving collection targets.
Responsibilities
- Conduct on‑site visits to consumers who have outstanding penalties and present structured payment or settlement proposals.
- Explain the legal basis of fines, the consequences of non‑payment, and the benefits of early settlement in a courteous and understandable manner.
- Negotiate flexible repayment plans, ensuring compliance with municipal regulations and achieving monthly collection targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions, agreements, and transactions using the provided digital reporting system.
- Coordinate with the central office to verify payment status and update the central database in real‑time.
- Provide feedback on common reasons for delayed payments to help refine future penalty policies.
- Ensure personal safety and adherence to traffic regulations while traveling on a motorcycle to various locations across the district.
- Participate in weekly briefing sessions to share best practices and receive updates on procedural changes.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 21 years or older (no upper age limit).
- Valid motorcycle (Sepeda Motor) and a current SIM C license.
- Strong integrity, a “never‑give‑up” attitude, and a willingness to work in the field.
- Target‑oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Resilience, honesty, and a high degree of responsibility.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional overtime during peak collection periods.
- Basic proficiency in using mobile devices and reporting software for data entry.
