As a Canvassing Agent, you will be the face of Sozo Skin on the ground, turning curiosity into loyal customers and driving offline sales through strategic canvassing, flyering, and follow‑up activities.
Responsibilities
- Actively promote Sozo Skin’s product portfolio by conducting door‑to‑door canvassing and distributing flyers in high‑traffic residential and commercial zones.
- Identify and engage potential customers, educate them on product benefits, and present attractive voucher offers to stimulate trial purchases.
- Maintain a daily itinerary of target neighborhoods, ensuring maximum coverage and optimal use of travel time.
- Track leads in a CRM system, perform timely follow‑ups, and convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets, reporting performance metrics to the regional sales manager.
- Provide on‑spot product demonstrations and sample distribution to showcase efficacy and build trust.
- Gather market intelligence on competitor activities, customer preferences, and emerging trends to inform promotional strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute special campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to Sozo Skin’s brand guidelines during all customer interactions.
- Ensure proper handling and safe transportation of product samples and promotional materials using a personal motor vehicle.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, preferably as a Sales Promotion Girl (SPG) or field sales representative.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, with a friendly and easy‑going demeanor.
- Strong sales mindset, self‑motivation, and the ability to work independently while meeting strict targets.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, from 09:00 to 18:00.
- Possession of a valid motorbike and a clean driving record; candidates must be comfortable with mobile selling.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly, handle objections, and close sales.
- Basic knowledge of skincare basics and the ability to convey product benefits accurately.
- Proficiency in using mobile applications for CRM entry and GPS navigation.
