Introduction
We are seeking a diligent and results‑driven Petugas Remedial to join our Adira branch in the bustling Pasar Baru area of the Jabodetabek Selatan region. This position plays a crucial role in managing accounts receivable overdue collections, ensuring timely cash flow, and supporting the overall financial health of our multifinance operations. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem‑solver with strong interpersonal skills and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the end‑to‑end collection process for overdue accounts (A/R Overdue), guaranteeing that all payments are recovered within agreed timelines.
- Conduct regular follow‑up calls, send reminders, and negotiate repayment plans with borrowers while maintaining a professional and courteous tone.
- Coordinate with internal departments—such as credit, legal, and sales—to resolve disputes and address any inconsistencies in billing or payment records.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of all collection activities in the company’s CRM system, ensuring data integrity for reporting purposes.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on collection performance, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Identify early warning signs of delinquency and propose preventive measures to reduce future arrears.
- Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines specific to the multifinance industry, including data privacy and anti‑fraud policies.
- Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve collection strategies and stay current with industry best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate or diploma) in any field; a bachelor’s degree (S1) is preferred.
- Open to fresh graduates; however, prior experience of at least 1 year in collections, credit, or a related financial role is considered a strong advantage.
- Maximum age: 29 years.
- Strong understanding of multifinance business processes and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- High level of integrity, perseverance, meticulousness, and honesty.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with CRM or collection software.
- Flexibility to work at the Adira branch office that matches the candidate’s domicile.
- Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
