Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Petugas Kebersihan dan Pengelolaan Hostel to join our dynamic hospitality team. This role is essential for maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all guests staying at our hostel. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail‑oriented, and capable of delivering high‑quality service in a fast‑paced setting. Responsibilities
- Hostel Security Management – Monitor entry points, conduct regular patrols, and ensure that all safety protocols are strictly followed to protect guests and property.
- Guest Check‑in & Check‑out Assistance – Greet arriving guests, verify reservations, handle key distribution, and process departures efficiently while providing accurate information about hostel facilities.
- Breakfast Preparation – Set up, prepare, and serve a simple but nutritious breakfast for guests, ensuring food safety standards and a pleasant dining experience.
- Room Cleaning & Maintenance – Perform thorough cleaning of dormitory rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, restock amenities, and report any maintenance issues to the supervisor promptly.
- Daily Reporting – Maintain logs of security incidents, cleaning schedules, and guest feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Collaboration with Staff – Work closely with reception, maintenance, and management teams to coordinate tasks and resolve guest concerns swiftly.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Male candidates only.
- Age limit: up to 30 years old.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in hostel, hotel, or similar hospitality environment.
- Strong security awareness and ability to supervise safety procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly, service‑oriented attitude.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00–17:00, with flexibility for occasional overtime.
- Basic proficiency in Indonesian; additional language skills are a plus.
