Introduction
We are looking for a talented Pembuat Konten Video Profesional to join our dynamic creative team. This role is perfect for a motivated, female content creator who thrives in a collaborative environment and stays ahead of the latest social‑media trends. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing short‑form video content that engages our audience, drives brand awareness, and meets daily publishing targets.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, shoot, and edit three (3) video pieces per day in partnership with a fellow creator.
- Upload and schedule content across the designated platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.) ensuring proper captions, tags, and thumbnails.
- Follow briefings and creative direction from the content manager to maintain brand voice and visual style.
- Perform simple editing tasks using CapCut or similar mobile editing tools, including trimming, adding text overlays, transitions, and background music.
- Stay up‑to‑date with emerging trends, challenges, and viral formats, and propose fresh ideas that keep the channel relevant.
- Collaborate closely with a teammate, sharing responsibilities and providing constructive feedback to maintain a high‑quality output.
- Monitor performance metrics (views, likes, shares) and suggest optimizations for future content.
- Maintain a flexible schedule, aiming to complete daily targets within 2‑3 hours while adhering to the overall production timeline.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Female (preference for female candidates to align with target audience).
- No strict age limit; we value talent and commitment above years.
- Strong creative mindset with a passion for storytelling through short‑form video.
- Basic proficiency in mobile video editing tools such as CapCut, InShot, or similar.
