Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet guests upon arrival, present menus, and answer basic inquiries about the establishment and its offerings.
  • Accurately take food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are noted and communicated to the kitchen.
  • Serve meals and drinks promptly, checking in with guests to confirm satisfaction and address any additional needs.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including table setting, clearing used dishes, and resetting tables for the next guests.
  • Handle cash and electronic payments securely, issue receipts, and reconcile end‑of‑shift transactions.
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers to ensure smooth service flow, especially during peak hours.
  • Monitor inventory of tableware, linens, and condiments, reporting shortages to management for timely replenishment.
  • Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards as outlined by local regulations and company policies.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work efficiently under pressure, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor during busy periods.
  • Participate in regular training sessions, team meetings, and performance reviews to continuously improve service quality.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or an equivalent qualification.
  • Open to candidates of any gender; we value diversity and inclusion.
  • Age: applicants should be within the legal working age range for Indonesia.
  • Prior experience in food and beverage service is preferred, though enthusiastic newcomers with a strong work ethic are also welcome.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Demonstrated honesty, responsibility, and a strong sense of accountability.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Resilience and composure when working under high‑pressure situations, such as rush hours or large group bookings.
  • Basic mathematical skills for handling transactions and making change.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays of food and beverages.
