As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a motivated Account Officer – Management of Accounts and Client Services to join our team. Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach activities, including community socialization, identification, and interviewing of prospective borrowers to build a robust pipeline of qualified applicants.
- Perform comprehensive eligibility and creditworthiness assessments, analyzing income statements, cash flow, and collateral to determine loan suitability.
- Prepare financing proposals, draft loan documentation, and coordinate with underwriting and legal teams to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Facilitate weekly group meetings with borrowers, providing financial education, monitoring repayment schedules, and addressing any issues that arise.
- Maintain accurate client records in the accounting system, updating account status, transaction logs, and performance metrics on a regular basis.
- Collaborate closely with the collections and risk management departments to mitigate delinquency risk and support timely recoveries.
- Generate periodic reports for senior management, highlighting portfolio performance, emerging trends, and opportunities for product improvement.
- Provide excellent client service by responding promptly to inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the loan lifecycle.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; additional coursework in accounting, finance, or business is a plus.
- Age: 18–30 years old.
- Gender: Female candidates only, in line with our current diversity focus.
- Marital Status: Open to both single and married applicants.
- Valid Indonesian ID (E‑KTP or temporary KTP).
- Ability to ride a motorcycle for client visits and field activities.
- Not currently enrolled in an academic program.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse client groups.
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and proficiency in basic accounting and cost‑analysis concepts.
- Self‑motivated, capable of managing multiple tasks, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
