Introduction

We are seeking a diligent Administrator Bisnis Channeling to join our team in Pati, Jawa Tengah. This entry‑level position plays a vital role in the smooth processing of business channeling orders, ensuring that every customer interaction is handled with precision, integrity, and a customer‑centric mindset. As part of a dynamic financial services organization, you will contribute to the end‑to‑end workflow that connects prospective borrowers with our credit products, supporting the company’s mission to expand financial inclusion across the region.

Responsibilities

  • Track and follow up on all incoming orders generated through the Business Channeling platform.
  • Collect, verify, and input complete consumer and financing object data into the company’s core system.
  • Enter order information received via web portals and internal applications accurately and promptly.
  • Review credit applications, cross‑checking them against RAC (Risk Assessment Committee) decisions or consumer grading outcomes.
  • Communicate credit approval status to applicants, providing clear explanations and next steps.
  • Prepare and dispatch survey orders to the Survey Operations Center (SOC) for field verification.
  • Coordinate closely with the Sales & Home Credit (SHC) team to ensure seamless handling of ongoing consumer orders.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date records, generate daily activity reports, and flag any inconsistencies for senior management.
  • Assist in periodic data quality audits to guarantee compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable navigating web‑based systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of personal integrity.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with customers, SOC, and internal teams.
  • Basic understanding of credit monitoring and processing concepts is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently while meeting strict deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Open to candidates of any gender; no upper age limit.
  • Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
