Introduction

The Administrator Gudang dan Pengelolaan Stok (Warehouse & Stock Management Administrator) is a critical role within our fast‑growing manufacturing plant located in Semarang. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, the successful candidate will oversee all aspects of raw material, finished goods, packaging material, technical warehouse, and reject inventory. This position ensures accurate inventory records, smooth inbound and outbound logistics, and compliance with K3 (occupational health and safety) standards, contributing directly to the efficiency of the production line and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct weekly stock opname for raw materials, finished goods, packaging materials, technical warehouse items, and rejects, collaborating closely with the Warehouse team.
  • Lead monthly comprehensive stock reconciliation together with the Accounting department to validate inventory balances.
  • Take full ownership of all activities in the Raw Material, Packaging Material, and Reject warehouses, ensuring timely processing and accurate documentation.
  • Review and verify daily reports on outbound shipments and internal transfers of finished goods and technical warehouse items prepared by the Warehouse Administration staff.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of warehouse operations, including inbound receiving, put‑away, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
  • Prepare and coordinate all documentation required for customer deliveries, ensuring correct labeling, packaging, and compliance with export/import regulations.
  • Supervise warehouse personnel, enforce discipline, and work with the Human Resources department to manage scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Implement preventive measures to minimize damage to raw materials, finished goods, and packaging supplies caused by weather, pests, or mishandling.
  • Ensure that product quality standards are upheld throughout storage, handling, and dispatch, conducting regular inspections and corrective actions when deviations are identified.
  • Maintain accurate coding and labeling systems that align with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with quality and engineering teams to resolve product non‑conformities, initiating corrective actions and documentation as needed.
  • Uphold a safe and clean working environment, adhering strictly to K3 guidelines and conducting regular safety briefings for warehouse staff.
  • Assist in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting process optimizations, automation opportunities, and cost‑saving measures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field; fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Male candidates, maximum age 27 years, residing in Semarang.
  • Minimum of 1 year relevant experience in warehouse administration, inventory control, or logistics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel; familiarity with Accurate Online or similar ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Demonstrated responsibility, resilience, and disciplined work ethic.
  • Willingness to work in shift schedules (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00) and perform on‑site supervision.
  • Good physical health and ability to handle warehouse environments.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage warehouse staff and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
  • Basic knowledge of K3 safety regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe workplace.
