Introduction
We are looking for a dynamic Administrator Media Sosial dan Toko Online to join our growing team. This role blends the fast‑paced world of social media management with the meticulous nature of e‑commerce administration. The successful candidate will be the digital face of our brand, ensuring our online presence is engaging, our product listings are accurate, and our customers receive prompt, professional support. The position is full‑time, Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, and offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who are comfortable working with computers, possess a basic understanding of automotive products, and are eager to develop their digital marketing and administrative skills.
Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and schedule daily content for all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to the online store.
- Monitor social media engagement, respond to comments and direct messages, and turn inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Maintain the e‑commerce website by uploading new product images, writing compelling product descriptions, and ensuring pricing and inventory are up‑to‑date.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to verify stock levels, process orders, and track shipments, ensuring a smooth fulfillment process.
- Generate weekly performance reports using MS Office tools, highlighting key metrics such as follower growth, conversion rates, and sales volume.
- Assist in basic graphic design tasks using free tools (e.g., Canva) to produce eye‑catching promotional banners.
- Conduct market research on competitor activities and emerging trends in the automotive accessories sector.
- Support the customer service team by handling escalated queries, processing returns, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, data privacy regulations, and licensing requirements (including maintaining a valid SIM C for occasional field visits).
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a background in automotive (SMK Otomotif) is highly preferred.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of social media platforms, content scheduling tools, and e‑commerce management.
- Valid SIM C for occasional deliveries or site visits.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and a proactive problem‑solving attitude.
- Open to candidates of any gender, aged up to 30 years, with no prior work experience required.
