Introduction

We are seeking a diligent and detail‑oriented Administrator Operasional dan Pengelolaan Data Perusahaan to join our growing team. This role serves as the backbone of daily operational flow, ensuring that all administrative processes run smoothly and that corporate data is accurately captured, stored, and reported. Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update company databases, ensuring data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with internal policies.
  • Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management review.
  • Coordinate office logistics, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and arranging travel or accommodations when needed.
  • Process incoming correspondence, filings, and documentation, guaranteeing timely distribution to relevant departments.
  • Assist in the onboarding process by preparing employee records, access cards, and orientation materials.
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and place orders to sustain uninterrupted workflow.
  • Support the finance team with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoice entry, expense tracking, and reconciliation.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline workflows, identify bottlenecks, and propose process improvements.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external visitors, providing professional and courteous service.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security protocols across the workplace.

Requirements

  • Gender: Female (Perempuan)
  • Age: 19‑28 years
  • Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent
  • Experience: 0‑2 years of administrative or data‑handling experience (fresh graduates are welcome)
  • Core Skills: Strong organizational abilities, basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, and data entry systems)
  • Personal Attributes: Diligent, hardworking, honest, disciplined, and presentable appearance.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, ability to work effectively in a team, willingness to learn, and adaptability to changing priorities.
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00
