Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Agent Penagihan Kunjungan (Collection) to join our dynamic team in Bengkulu. This role is essential to maintaining strong relationships with our Indihome customers by conducting on‑site visits, providing clear explanations of service usage and payment procedures, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding balances. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator with a solid grasp of mobile technology and a reliable motorcycle for fieldwork.
Responsibilities
- Receive a monthly list of assigned customers from the Central Transaction Branch (CTB) and schedule visits accordingly.
- Register each visit in the My Vista mobile application, updating status and notes in real time.
- Travel to customer locations across Bengkulu, adhering to safety and punctuality standards.
- Explain Indihome service features, usage details, and payment options clearly and professionally.
- Collect outstanding payments, issue receipts, and record transactions accurately.
- Provide on‑site assistance for any technical or billing inquiries, escalating complex issues to the support team when necessary.
- Participate in regular product‑knowledge sessions to stay current with Indihome offerings and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain a detailed log of customer interactions, feedback, and any disputes for further analysis.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service departments to identify opportunities for upselling or service upgrades.
- Uphold company policies regarding data privacy, confidentiality, and ethical collection practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal and public communication skills; ability to convey complex billing information in simple terms.
- Proficiency with Android smartphones and familiarity with mobile apps such as My Vista.
- Own a reliable motorcycle and hold a valid SIM C driving licence.
- Detail‑oriented, honest, and highly responsible in handling financial transactions.
- Flexibility to work standard hours (08:00‑17:00) with occasional adjustments based on field requirements.
- Open to candidates of any gender; no upper age limit.
- Prior collection or field sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
