Introduction

The Anggota Task Force Sidoarjo is a dynamic, field‑oriented sales position within a fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) distributor operating in the industrial hub of Sidoarjo, East Java. This role is ideal for a motivated, mobile professional who thrives on direct customer interaction, territory growth, and brand promotion. As a core member of the task force, you will be responsible for expanding the company’s market presence, ensuring product availability, and delivering a superior buying experience to a wide network of retail outlets.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct direct selling activities by visiting assigned customers, presenting product benefits, and closing sales.
  • Manage the end‑to‑end distribution process, ensuring that all stocked outlets receive timely deliveries according to the master data list.
  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities by expanding the coverage area and onboarding additional retail outlets.
  • Install and maintain promotional materials, branding displays, and point‑of‑sale assets to maximize product visibility.
  • Collect market intelligence, monitor competitor activity, and report insights to the regional sales manager.
  • Maintain accurate sales logs, route sheets, and inventory records using the company’s mobile CRM application.
  • Adhere to a mobile work schedule, traveling across the Sidoarjo district from Monday to Saturday (08:00‑16:30).
  • Comply with all safety, licensing, and company policies, including possessing a valid SIM C and a reliable motorcycle.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in sales canvassing, FMCG, or tobacco product distribution.
  • Strong persuasive communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Valid Indonesian driving license (SIM C) and ownership of a well‑maintained motorcycle.
  • Willingness and physical ability to work mobile/field‑based, covering varied terrain and weather conditions.
  • Male candidates only (as per current company policy), aged 35 years or younger.
  • Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and capable of working independently while meeting daily targets.
