This entry‑level position offers a dynamic environment where you will interact directly with customers, handle product preparation, and support store operations while developing valuable skills in the fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) and food‑and‑beverage (F&B) sectors.
Responsibilities
- Greet and serve customers with a friendly, prompt attitude, adhering to our established service standards.
- Prepare and present ice‑cream and coffee products according to standard operating procedures (SOP), ensuring consistency and quality.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area, equipment, and product displays throughout the shift.
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system, accurately processing sales transactions and handling cash.
- Conduct regular stock checks of ingredients and packaged goods, reporting any discrepancies to the store manager.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including cash reconciliation, equipment shutdown, and store security checks.
- Monitor product quality and enforce hygiene standards to meet both internal policies and local health regulations.
- Address customer complaints or concerns professionally, turning potential issues into positive experiences.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow during peak hours and special promotions.
- Participate in periodic training sessions to stay updated on new menu items, safety protocols, and service techniques.
Requirements
- Male or female candidates, minimum age of 18 years.
- At least a high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Presentable appearance with a clean and tidy personal grooming standard.
- Excellent interpersonal skills: friendly, communicative, and a positive attitude toward guests and colleagues.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and initiative.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime.
- Prior experience in F&B or retail is a strong advantage, though not mandatory.
- Disciplined, honest, and accountable with a strong work ethic.
- Basic proficiency in operating cash registers and POS software.
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
