Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Area Marketing Credit Officer to join our team in Mojokerto, Jawa Timur. This role is a key component of our regional credit distribution network, responsible for building strong partnerships with agents, managing the end‑to‑end credit application process, and driving booking quality and volume. The successful candidate will work closely with sales, underwriting, and operations teams to ensure a seamless experience for prospective borrowers while meeting aggressive market‑share targets.
Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and nurture relationships with potential credit agents and partners across the Mojokerto area, conducting regular face‑to‑face meetings, phone calls, and virtual presentations.
- Maintain a detailed pipeline of agent prospects, tracking engagement stages and converting leads into active collaborators.
- Guide agents through the complete credit application workflow, from initial data capture and document verification to system entry and submission.
- Ensure all applications comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and risk‑management standards.
- Monitor booking performance daily, setting personal and team targets for quantity, quality, and timeliness of approved credit contracts.
- Prepare and present weekly performance reports to regional management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and action plans.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor promotional campaigns that align with local market needs and consumer behavior.
- Provide on‑site training and ongoing support to agents, enhancing their understanding of product features, eligibility criteria, and documentation processes.
- Participate in community events and networking forums to increase brand visibility and generate new business opportunities.
- Continuously seek process improvement ideas to reduce application turnaround time and improve customer satisfaction scores.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is a strong advantage.
- No upper age limit; candidates of any age who demonstrate the required competencies are encouraged to apply.

- Entry‑level candidates are welcome; however, prior experience in sales, agent management, or the financial services sector is beneficial.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.

- High level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency with standard office software (MS Office) and familiarity with CRM or loan‑origination systems.
- Self‑motivated, results‑oriented mindset with a willingness to work Monday through Saturday (08:00‑17:00).
