Introduction
We are seeking a talented 3D Artist – Interactive Visual Content Development to join our dynamic design team in Nganjuk. This role focuses on creating high‑quality three‑dimensional models, visualizations, and immersive interactive experiences for a variety of projects ranging from architectural presentations to digital product showcases. The ideal candidate is creative, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in fast‑paced, collaborative environments.
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed 3D models and renderings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and industry‑standard visualization tools.
- Produce photorealistic textures, lighting setups, and post‑production effects to enhance visual impact.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and marketing teams to translate conceptual designs into interactive digital assets.
- Maintain a consistent visual language across all deliverables while adhering to brand guidelines.
- Participate in design reviews, incorporate feedback, and iterate quickly to meet project deadlines.
- Prepare and manage a library of reusable 3D assets to improve workflow efficiency.
- Assist in the development of virtual tours, augmented reality (AR) presentations, and other interactive media.
- Ensure all files are properly organized, archived, and documented for future reference.
- Stay up‑to‑date with emerging 3D technologies, software updates, and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMK, D3, or S1 in Architecture, Interior Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in 3D modeling, rendering, or visual content creation.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and visual rendering software (e.g., V-Ray, Lumion, Blender).
- Strong understanding of geometry, materials, lighting, and composition.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative visual solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet strict deadlines.
- Proactive, smart‑working attitude with a passion for continuous learning.
- Open to working on‑site in Nganjuk, Monday through Saturday, 08:00–17:00.
