Introduction
We are seeking a diligent and motivated Asisten Packing Produksi – Dukungan Operasional to join our fast‑growing manufacturing team. This position plays a critical role in the creation and preparation of high‑quality hampers and souvenir items that are distributed to corporate clients, event organizers, and retail partners across the region. The successful candidate will work closely with production supervisors, quality control staff, and logistics coordinators to ensure that every order is assembled accurately, packed securely, and delivered on time.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the assembly line for producing a variety of hampers and souvenir products, following detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Perform precise packing operations, including wrapping, labeling, and boxing, to meet both aesthetic and safety standards.
- Conduct routine quality checks on finished items, identifying any defects or inconsistencies before they leave the production floor.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to 5S principles and ensuring that tools and materials are readily available.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and adjust workflow in response to changing order volumes.
- Support inventory management by recording material usage, reporting shortages, and assisting with stock replenishment.
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely, following all company safety guidelines and wearing required personal protective equipment.
- Participate in shift handovers, communicating any issues, equipment malfunctions, or special instructions to the incoming crew.
- Be available for overtime or weekend work when production schedules demand extra capacity.
- Provide suggestions for process improvements that can increase efficiency, reduce waste, or enhance product presentation.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates, age 35 years or younger.
- Strong work ethic characterized by honesty, politeness, and a positive personality.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with supervisors and peers.
- Demonstrated capacity to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to work overtime when necessary.
- Preferably residing in Tiron, Jogobayan, Nglames, or surrounding areas to facilitate punctual attendance.
- Basic communication skills, both spoken and written, to follow instructions and report issues.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle moderate lifting (up to 15 kg) during packing activities.
