Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist every customer entering the store, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Identify customer needs and recommend complementary products through effective upselling and cross‑selling strategies.
- Maintain accurate product displays, organize shelves, and ensure promotional materials are presented correctly.
- Handle point‑of‑sale transactions, process payments, and issue receipts while adhering to cash handling policies.
- Operate the store’s inventory management system to update stock levels, record sales, and generate daily reports.
- Assist in receiving new merchandise, checking deliveries for accuracy, and stocking shelves promptly.
- Monitor store cleanliness, arrange visual merchandising, and ensure safety standards are met.
- Provide after‑sales support, address customer inquiries, and resolve minor issues or complaints with professionalism.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet weekly sales targets and improve overall store performance.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates, age 28 years or younger.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in a retail environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer operations and familiarity with POS systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills – both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to engage customers, build rapport, and influence purchasing decisions.
- Highly organized, innovative, meticulous, creative, and disciplined in work habits.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, from 08:00 to 17:30.
- Team‑player mindset with a willingness to support colleagues and share best practices.
- Basic knowledge of sales administration, inventory control, and retail merchandising.
