Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee and tea drinks according to standardized recipes, ensuring consistency, taste, and presentation meet the highest standards.
  • Operate espresso machines, grinders, pour‑over equipment, and other barista tools safely and efficiently while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation protocols.
  • Engage with customers, taking orders, offering product recommendations, and handling payments with accuracy and a friendly demeanor.
  • Assist in the kitchen area by preparing light snacks, pastries, and sandwich components, coordinating with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
  • Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies; perform regular stock counts and communicate replenishment needs to management.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized workstation, including regular cleaning of equipment, countertops, and the dining area in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Participate in weekly training sessions to stay updated on new brewing techniques, seasonal menu items, and customer service best practices.
  • Handle customer feedback professionally, resolving issues promptly and escalating complex concerns to the shift supervisor when necessary.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: 25 years (flexible for candidates who demonstrate the required skill set).
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Prior experience (0‑2 years) in a coffee shop, café, or related hospitality setting; experience in both barista and kitchen roles is a strong plus.
  • Demonstrated barista skills, including espresso extraction, milk steaming, latte art, and knowledge of coffee bean origins.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; a friendly, service‑oriented attitude.
  • Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional flexibility for special events or peak periods.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and a commitment to maintaining high hygiene standards.
