Responsibilities

- Handle cash transactions, operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system, and accurately process credit card payments.
- Stock and rotate inventory, ensuring that coffee beans, milk, syrups, and pastry items are fresh and properly displayed.
- Engage with customers in a friendly, courteous manner, answering menu questions and offering recommendations based on individual preferences.
- Collaborate with team members to manage peak‑hour rushes, maintaining efficiency without compromising service quality.
- Adhere to health, safety, and food‑handling regulations, reporting any hazards or equipment issues promptly.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation, cleaning checklists, and securing the premises.
- Continuously develop product knowledge through regular training sessions and stay updated on new beverage trends.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Female candidates preferred as per current operational policy.
- Polished personal appearance: clean, tidy, and professional attire.
- Strong teamwork orientation with a positive, can‑do attitude.
- Disciplined, honest, and reliable with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts—including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with customers.
- Ability to thrive under pressure, multitask, and move quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
- Availability to work at least four days per week, with a schedule typically Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
- Basic barista skills or a strong desire to learn coffee preparation techniques.
