Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks, while maintaining consistency and adherence to our standard recipes.
- Demonstrate basic latte art techniques to enhance the visual appeal of each beverage, adding a personal touch that delights customers.
- Manage the coffee bar workflow efficiently during peak hours, ensuring swift service without compromising quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation, equipment, and seating areas in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other ingredients; communicate restocking needs to the manager.
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and personalized service, answering questions about coffee origins, brewing methods, and menu items.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff and fellow baristas to ensure smooth operations and a cohesive team environment.
- Participate in regular training sessions, tastings, and coffee cupping events to stay updated on industry trends and improve skill sets.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system accurately, adhering to company policies on cash handling.
- Contribute ideas for new menu items, seasonal promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Female (per company policy).
- Age: Up to 30 years old.
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a barista or in a similar coffee‑service role.
- Basic latte art skills with a willingness to develop more advanced techniques.
- Strong passion for coffee and hospitality, with a desire to continuously learn about specialty coffee trends.
- Excellent teamwork abilities and effective communication skills.
- Disciplined, punctual, and ready to commit to a full‑time contract.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
