Responsibilities

- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service counter, espresso machines, grinders, and all related equipment.
- Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies, notifying the shift supervisor of low stock levels.
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt service to all customers, taking orders accurately and handling payments.
- Educate patrons on coffee origins, brewing methods, and flavor profiles to enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow during peak hours and special events.
- Adhere to health, safety, and food‑handling regulations at all times.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current with new menu items, equipment upgrades, and industry trends.
- Contribute ideas for menu development, promotional activities, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including cash reconciliation and equipment shutdown procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Male (as per company policy).
- Age: Up to 0 years old (interpreted as open to fresh graduates and entry‑level candidates).
- Experience: None required – we welcome both experienced baristas and motivated newcomers.
