Introduction
We are looking for an enthusiastic Barista Specialist in Coffee and Beverage Presentation to join our dynamic team at Tadben Group Indonesia. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, flat white, and specialty drinks, ensuring consistency and adherence to our brand standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work station, following health and safety regulations at all times.
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment with precision, performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting minor issues.
- Engage with customers to understand their preferences, recommend menu items, and provide personalized service that enhances the overall café experience.
- Handle cash transactions, process orders through the point‑of‑sale (POS) system, and reconcile daily sales reports.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of pastries, snacks, and other complementary items.
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other consumables, and communicate restocking needs to the manager.
- Stay updated on emerging coffee trends, new brewing techniques, and seasonal menu innovations to keep our offerings fresh and exciting.
- Assist in training new team members on barista techniques, product knowledge, and customer service excellence.
- Participate in occasional promotional events, coffee tasting sessions, and community outreach activities.
Requirements
- Educational background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Applicants should be within the age range suitable for entry‑level positions (maximum age as specified by the employer).

- Experience: No prior experience required; however, a genuine passion for coffee and a willingness to learn are essential.
- Core Skills:
- Basic barista skills, including espresso extraction, milk frothing, and latte art fundamentals.

- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
