As a Beauty Advisor, you will be the face of the brand, helping clients discover the best products while driving sales and fostering lasting relationships.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients, assessing their beauty needs, and recommending suitable skincare and cosmetics products.
- Maintain an in‑depth knowledge of the latest beauty trends, product ingredients, and brand portfolios to confidently answer questions and offer expert advice.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through upselling, cross‑selling, and effective product demonstrations.
- Ensure the store’s visual standards are met by arranging merchandise, restocking shelves, and creating appealing product displays.
- Conduct mini‑consultations and skin analyses, tailoring recommendations to individual skin types and concerns.
- Leverage personal social media channels to promote new launches, share beauty tips, and attract foot traffic to the store.
- Collaborate with team members and management on promotional events, in‑store workshops, and seasonal campaigns.
- Process transactions accurately, handle returns, and manage loyalty program enrollments.
- Adhere to store policies, health and safety standards, and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions and product knowledge workshops to stay current with industry developments.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Open to all genders; applicants of any gender are welcome.
- Age: No upper limit; candidates must be legally eligible to work.
- Professional appearance: well‑groomed, stylish, and confident.
- Strong passion for skincare, cosmetics, and the broader beauty industry.
- Previous experience as a Beauty Advisor, SPG (Sales Promotion Girl), or similar retail role is a plus.
- Active presence on social media platforms, with the ability to create engaging beauty content (preferred).
- Target‑oriented mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work a shift schedule, including weekends (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
- Basic computer literacy for POS systems and inventory management.
