Introduction
AEON JGC is seeking a dynamic and customer‑focused Beauty Advisor to join our vibrant team. Responsibilities
- Identify and attract new customers through proactive outreach, referrals, and participation in local networking events.
- Maintain existing client relationships by providing follow‑up consultations, answering product and treatment inquiries, and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Conduct in‑depth beauty consultations, assess client needs, recommend appropriate treatments, and handle any complaints or concerns with professionalism.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for treatments, retail products, and membership packages.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily and weekly sales reports, including revenue, client feedback, and inventory usage.
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system efficiently, handle cash transactions, and reconcile cash drawers at the end of each shift.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest beauty trends, product launches, and industry best practices to provide informed recommendations.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to promote special offers, seasonal campaigns, and loyalty programs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment area that complies with health and safety standards.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a diploma or higher in a related field is a plus.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in beauty, fitness, or makeup services, with a proven record of meeting sales targets.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in cash register operation, POS systems, and basic computer applications.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to listen actively and respond to client needs efficiently.
- Personal Traits: Friendly, confident, detail‑oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
- Availability: Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
