Responsibilities
- Engage in live virtual mentoring sessions covering Java, Spring Framework, SQL Server, and core DevOps concepts.
- Develop and contribute to learning materials, including tutorials, code samples, and documentation that support peer learning.
- Complete weekly hands‑on assignments that simulate real‑world backend tasks such as API design, database schema creation, and CI/CD pipeline setup.

Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (any major). A background in IT or Computer Science is a strong advantage.
- Age: Up to 30 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Zero to two years of professional experience; fresh graduates are welcomed.
- Demonstrated interest in backend/web development and a willingness to learn Java and related technologies.
- Basic understanding of database management (SQL Server) and DevOps concepts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an enthusiasm for continuous learning.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in virtual teams and use online learning platforms and teaching tools.
