Responsibilities
- Prospecting new clients: Identify and approach potential individual borrowers through cold calling, community events, referrals, and digital channels.
- Conducting feasibility surveys: Perform on‑site credit assessments, gather financial documentation, and evaluate repayment capacity in line with internal risk policies.
- Presenting financing products: Explain the features, terms, and benefits of loan packages (minimum amount IDR 10 million) and tailor solutions to meet each client’s needs.
- Portfolio monitoring and management: Track loan disbursement, repayment schedules, and early‑warning signals; intervene proactively to mitigate delinquency.
- Documentation and reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, credit analyses, and contract filings; submit daily and monthly reports to the branch manager.
- Collaboration with underwriting and collections: Work closely with internal underwriting teams to streamline approval processes and coordinate with collections staff for overdue accounts.
- Field service and customer support: Provide post‑disbursement assistance, answer queries, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the loan lifecycle.
- Continuous learning: Participate in regular training sessions, stay updated on regulatory changes, and share best practices with peers.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 32 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: No prior experience required; fresh graduates with a strong drive are welcome.
