Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate new customer prospects by conducting door‑to‑door outreach, community events, and partnership meetings to enroll households in Amartha’s lending programs.
- Provide ongoing economic counseling and financial literacy coaching to existing members, helping them manage cash flow, savings, and repayment schedules.
- Perform comprehensive field surveys to assess the creditworthiness of loan applications, ensuring all documentation complies with Amartha’s internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Analyze financial data and prepare feasibility reports that summarize risk factors, repayment capacity, and collateral adequacy.
- Present findings and loan recommendations to the internal financing committee, supporting data‑driven decision making.
- Facilitate weekly group meetings with member‑borrowers, monitoring transaction activity, addressing concerns, and reinforcing best practices.
- Maintain accurate records in Amartha’s CRM system, updating client profiles, interaction logs, and performance metrics on a daily basis.
- Collaborate closely with regional managers, marketing teams, and product specialists to align outreach strategies with corporate growth targets.
- Travel extensively within the assigned territory, using a personal two‑wheel vehicle to reach remote villages and ensure timely service delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree (S1) is a strong plus.
- Age not exceeding 35 years.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust with diverse community members.
