Responsibilities
- Visit assigned neighborhoods to engage with women‑entrepreneurs, establishing rapport and assessing their business needs.
- Provide one‑on‑one mentorship on basic financial management, including budgeting, saving discipline, and repayment scheduling.
- Facilitate group‑based micro‑financing solutions that operate without collateral, ensuring that loan disbursement aligns with each client’s capacity.
- Conduct financial literacy workshops and interactive training sessions to improve participants’ understanding of interest rates, credit terms, and risk mitigation.
- Monitor loan performance, follow up on installments, and intervene proactively to resolve payment challenges.
- Collect and document client feedback, translating insights into actionable recommendations for program improvement.
- Collaborate with local partners, NGOs, and government agencies to expand outreach and integrate complementary services such as health education and vocational training.
- Maintain accurate records in the organization’s CRM system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with reporting standards.
- Represent the organization at community events, fairs, and stakeholder meetings to raise awareness of financial inclusion initiatives.
Requirements
- Female candidates only; age between 18 and 33 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; D3 or S1 preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine enthusiasm for meeting and helping people.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) for reporting and data entry.
- Adaptability, attention to detail, and a solution‑oriented mindset.
- No prior professional experience required; a willingness to learn and grow is essential.
- Must be able to travel locally within the assigned territory and possess a valid driver’s license for the provided motorbike.
