Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, script, film, and edit short‑form videos, reels, and stories for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Develop written copy, graphics, and infographics that complement video assets and reinforce brand messaging.
- Conduct daily research on emerging social‑media trends, hashtags, and viral challenges to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Collaborate with the marketing, design, and product teams to align content with campaign objectives and seasonal promotions.
- Manage a content calendar, ensuring timely publication and consistent brand voice across all channels.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and user‑generated content in a professional and personable manner.
- Track performance metrics (views, engagement rates, reach) and generate weekly reports that inform future content strategies.
- Maintain on‑camera confidence, presenting products or ideas with poise, clarity, and authenticity.
- Continuously improve technical skills by exploring new editing software, filming equipment, and platform features.
- Adhere to brand guidelines while injecting personal creativity to produce standout content.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.

- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime during campaign peaks.
