Introduction

Hub ASTRO is expanding its culinary team at the bustling Hub Depok location and is seeking dedicated Crew Dapur (Full‑Time Kitchen Crew) members. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast‑paced food‑and‑beverage environment, enjoy hands‑on cooking, and are meticulous about inventory and cleanliness. As a core part of the kitchen staff, you will help ensure that every dish leaving the kitchen meets the high standards expected by our guests while supporting seamless daily operations.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain smooth kitchen operations by coordinating with front‑of‑house staff and ensuring timely preparation of menu items.
  • Conduct daily checks and reconcile inventory data to guarantee that stock levels match recorded figures.
  • Update stock, inventory, and inbound records promptly to reflect real‑time availability of raw materials.
  • Prepare and submit routine operational reports covering production output, waste, and any discrepancies.
  • Uphold rigorous cleanliness standards for the work area, equipment, and utensils in compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Execute the full cooking process—from raw ingredient handling to plating finished dishes—while adhering to recipe specifications.
  • Pre‑prepare ingredients, sauces, and garnishes ahead of each shift to streamline service flow.
  • Perform thorough preparation (mise en place) before the start of each operational period, ensuring all stations are stocked and ready.
  • Collaborate with team members to manage peak periods efficiently and support cross‑training initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, waste reduction, and cost control within the kitchen.

Requirements

  • Willingness to be placed at any Hub ASTRO location, with the current opening in Depok.
  • Ability to work rotating shift schedules, including early mornings and occasional weekends.
  • Male or female candidates, maximum age of 35 years.
  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in the F&B sector, preferably as a kitchen crew member or barista.
  • Strong attention to detail, agility, and a high sense of responsibility.
  • Hardworking, independent, and capable of managing tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in basic cooking techniques, ingredient handling, and stock control.
  • Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with peers and supervisors.
