Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment for all customers.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Handle point‑of‑sale transactions accurately, including cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Monitor inventory levels, receive deliveries, and restock shelves according to merchandising standards.
- Support opening and closing procedures, such as cash reconciliation, security checks, and store appearance checks.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales targets and promotional goals.
- Report any operational issues, equipment malfunctions, or customer complaints to the store manager promptly.
- Participate in regular training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and store policies.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, especially during late‑night shifts.
- Contribute ideas for improving store layout, visual merchandising, and customer engagement strategies.
Requirements
- Female candidates, maximum age 27 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Physically and mentally healthy, capable of standing for long periods and handling night shifts.
- Strong team‑player attitude with the ability to work independently when required.
- Excellent communication skills; friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor.
- High level of honesty, responsibility, and discipline.
- Not currently enrolled in any academic program.
- Basic proficiency with store management systems and point‑of‑sale software.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including night shifts and weekends (Monday to Monday schedule).
