Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, assist with product inquiries, and provide personalized recommendations to enhance the shopping experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, including shelf stocking, merchandising, and promotional displays.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the store’s point‑of‑sale system, handle cash, and issue receipts.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and report discrepancies to the store manager.
- Ensure compliance with store policies, including health and safety standards, and uphold the five daily prayers schedule as required.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and contribute ideas for improving store performance.
- Handle customer complaints or returns with patience, empathy, and a solution‑focused attitude.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and store procedures.
- Assist in opening and closing duties, such as preparing the store for operation, securing cash drawers, and performing end‑of‑day reconciliations.
- Utilize a personal motorbike for timely store deliveries, inventory replenishment, and occasional off‑site promotional events.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age limit: 28 years or younger.
- Open to all genders; both hijab‑wearing women and men are encouraged to apply.
- Must observe the five daily prayers (Sholat) and demonstrate strong moral integrity.
- Unmarried candidates are preferred to ensure flexibility with shift schedules.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Honesty, quick thinking, and disciplined work habits are essential.
- Own a reliable motorbike for commuting and store‑related tasks.
