Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, including shelf stocking, product rotation, and merchandising displays.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the store’s point‑of‑sale (POS) system, handling cash, credit, and electronic payments.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and report discrepancies to the store manager.
- Support promotional activities and product launches by setting up signage, sampling stations, and special offers.
- Answer customer inquiries about product features, pricing, and availability, leveraging strong communication skills.
- Adhere to company policies on loss prevention, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new products, sales techniques, and store management software.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 30 years old (flexible for exceptional candidates).
- Gender: Female candidates are preferred, though all qualified applicants will be considered.
- Experience: No prior retail experience required; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Professional appearance and a well‑groomed demeanor.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language abilities are a plus.
- Ability to work reliably from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
- Willingness to be assigned to the Surabaya area if operational needs dictate.
- Basic understanding of store management systems or a strong aptitude for learning new software.
