Responsibilities
- Welcome customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, actively offering product information and recommendations.
- Explain product specifications, unique features, and pricing clearly, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Build lasting relationships with shoppers to encourage repeat visits and increase overall sales.
- Achieve daily and weekly sales targets set by store management through effective upselling and cross‑selling techniques.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, ensuring aisles, displays, and fitting areas are tidy.
- Assist in the stocking and arrangement of merchandise, following planograms and promotional layouts.
- Conduct regular inventory checks, report damaged goods, and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages.
- Collaborate with fellow team members and supervisors to ensure smooth store operations during all shift periods.
- Participate in product training sessions to stay up‑to‑date on new arrivals, features, and marketing initiatives.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety standards, and workplace etiquette, representing the brand positively at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age range: 18‑30 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably as a Sales Promotion Girl/Boy (SPG/SPB).
- Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills; ability to convey product value convincingly.
- Professional appearance and body language that reflect the brand’s standards.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and evenings (09:00 – 22:00).
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and navigate a busy store floor safely.
- Basic proficiency with inventory management tools and point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
