To support our expanding network of branches, we are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Customer Service Backup staff based in Palembang who can help maintain our high standards of customer care.
Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update customer data into the company’s CRM system, ensuring all records are current and error‑free.
- Assist customers with the purchase and sale of precious metal products, providing clear explanations of pricing, weight, purity, and transaction procedures.
- Deliver up‑to‑date information about our product portfolio, promotions, and market trends to help customers make informed decisions.
- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via phone, messaging apps, or in‑person visits, maintaining a professional and courteous tone at all times.
- Coordinate with sales and logistics teams to schedule deliveries, pickups, and verification of metal authenticity.
- Be available for ad‑hoc contact from supervisors or branch managers, especially during peak trading periods.
- Travel to and work from any of our designated branch locations, including Pulogadung, Juanda, Setiabudi One, Puri Kembangan, Bintaro, Gading Serpong, Marga Mulya, and Baranangsiang, as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer financial information and adhere to all regulatory compliance standards.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 35 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in finance, retail, or precious‑metal trading.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and, ideally, basic English.
- Demonstrated ability to handle data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to be contacted on short notice and willingness to work across multiple branch locations.
- Proactive attitude, problem‑solving mindset, and a passion for delivering excellent service.
