Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Dokter Gigi Spesialis Kesehatan Mulut dan Rahang to join our multidisciplinary dental team. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough oral examinations, diagnose dental and maxillofacial conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Perform a full range of dental procedures, including restorative, prosthetic, periodontal, and surgical interventions such as extractions and minor oral surgeries.
- Provide emergency dental care, including trauma management and acute infection control.
- Educate patients and their families on oral hygiene, preventive care, and post‑procedure instructions to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with dental hygienists, assistants, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive treatment.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date patient records in compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Participate in regular case reviews, peer consultations, and multidisciplinary meetings to enhance clinical decision‑making.
- Stay informed about advancements in dental technology, materials, and evidence‑based practices through continuous education.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and ensure a safe, sterile environment for patients and staff.
- Assist in the development of clinic policies, quality improvement initiatives, and community outreach programs focused on oral health promotion.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum S1 (Bachelor’s) degree in Dental Medicine; a specialization in Oral and Maxillofacial Health is preferred.
- Licensing: Active Surat Tanda Registrasi (STR) and willingness to obtain a Surat Izin Praktik (SIP) if not already held.
- Experience: At least 2 years of clinical experience in dentistry; fresh graduates with strong internships are also considered.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Personal Attributes: Honest, responsible, and able to work effectively within a team.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to explain complex procedures in layman’s terms.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in dental analysis, health and safety standards, and use of modern dental equipment.
- Documentation: Must submit a complete CV, recent photograph, diploma, and active STR.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 09:00 – 20:00.
