To support our growing portfolio of projects, we are seeking a passionate Senior Video Editor who thrives on creativity, stays ahead of editing trends, and can transform raw footage into compelling visual stories. Responsibilities
- Trim, color‑grade, and assemble raw video footage into polished final products that meet client briefs and brand guidelines.
- Integrate motion graphics, visual effects, and sound design using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, and optionally DaVinci Resolve.
- Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and social media managers to ensure video content aligns with campaign objectives and platform specifications.
- Stay updated on the latest editing techniques, trends, and platform algorithms to keep our content fresh and engaging.
- Maintain an organized media library, manage project files, and ensure timely delivery of all video assets.
- Operate Sony mirrorless cameras for supplemental B‑roll when required (preferred skill).
- Provide creative input during pre‑production meetings, suggesting storyboarding ideas, shot lists, and pacing concepts.
- Assist in mentoring junior editors, sharing best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK/MA or equivalent.
- Age between 20‑30 years; unmarried status preferred but not mandatory.
- At least 1 year of professional experience as a video editor, preferably in a media or advertising agency.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and CapCut; knowledge of DaVinci Resolve is a strong plus.
- High level of creativity, strong visual storytelling sense, and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and demonstrate discipline and responsibility.
- Own a laptop with a minimum of 8 GB RAM and personal transportation for commuting.
- Willingness to work on-site at our Malang office, Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00.
