Introduction

This role is pivotal in ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of our data center facilities while delivering top‑notch support to internal and external customers. Responsibilities
- Monitor the data center facilities and customer services through dedicated monitoring systems, ensuring real‑time visibility of all critical assets.
- Identify, log, and follow up on service incidents, coordinating with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues promptly and minimize downtime.
- Manage and maintain the Data Center Infrastructure, including power distribution panels, UPS units, precision air conditioning (PAC), and fire suppression systems.
- Operate and supervise security systems such as CCTV, access control, and visitor management to safeguard the facility.
- Support the preparation of regular operational reports for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and incident trends.
- Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain networking equipment (routers, switches, firewalls) that constitute the backbone of the data center.
- Adhere strictly to K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) policies and procedures, conducting routine safety inspections and participating in emergency drills.
- Collaborate with the IT service desk and external vendors to implement upgrades, patches, and preventive maintenance activities.
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior staff on monitoring tools, safety protocols, and best practices in data center operations.
- Participate in shift rotations, ensuring 24/7 coverage and rapid response to critical incidents.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 or S1 in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in data center or IT network environments.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and, preferably, basic English for technical documentation.
- Willingness to work in a shifting schedule, including nights and weekends as required.
- Demonstrated problem‑solving ability and a customer‑oriented attitude.
- Solid understanding of IT networking concepts; certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent are a plus.
- Proven experience in troubleshooting network issues, hardware failures, and service outages.
- Familiarity with K3 safety standards and the ability to follow related procedures without deviation.
- Knowledge of data center power systems, cooling infrastructure, and fire suppression mechanisms.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
