Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough client consultations to assess eye shape, lifestyle, and desired outcomes, providing expert recommendations on lash extensions, lifts, and tinting options.
- Perform precise eyelash application, lifts, and tinting procedures using industry‑approved adhesives, tools, and safety protocols.
- Maintain a pristine work station by sanitizing all instruments before and after each client, adhering to local health regulations and salon standards.
- Educate clients on proper after‑care, product usage, and maintenance schedules to maximize the longevity of their lash treatments.
- Manage inventory of lashes, adhesives, and consumables, placing orders as needed to prevent shortages.
- Stay current with emerging trends, new products, and advanced techniques through regular training sessions and industry workshops.
- Collaborate with other salon specialists—such as makeup artists, hair stylists, and skin therapists—to create comprehensive beauty packages.
- Document each client’s service details in the booking system, ensuring accurate records for future appointments.
- Uphold the salon’s brand standards by delivering consistent, high‑quality results that reflect our reputation for excellence.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Gender: Female (as per salon’s client‑focused service model).
- Age: Up to 30 years old, with a professional and enthusiastic demeanor.
- Prior experience in eyelash therapy, extensions, or related beauty services is preferred.
- Demonstrated passion for the beauty industry and a strong desire to grow professionally.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust with clients.
- Attention to detail, steady hand, and a commitment to maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with flexibility for occasional overtime or special events.
