Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated Full‑time Cook – Kitchen Operations to join our dynamic culinary team. This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about food preparation, thrive in a fast‑paced environment, and are eager to contribute to a high‑quality dining experience. The successful candidate will work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, and will be an integral part of our kitchen’s daily operations.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook, and plate a variety of menu items according to standardized recipes and quality standards.
  • Maintain strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols at all times.
  • Manage inventory of ingredients, conduct regular stock checks, and communicate replenishment needs to the kitchen manager.
  • Assist in the development and testing of new dishes, offering creative input while respecting budget constraints.
  • Coordinate with front‑of‑house staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
  • Perform routine cleaning of workstations, equipment, and kitchen areas to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Monitor cooking times and temperatures to guarantee consistency and food quality.
  • Support junior kitchen staff through on‑the‑job training, mentoring, and feedback.
  • Adapt quickly to high‑volume periods, handling multiple orders simultaneously while remaining calm under pressure.
  • Document any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards and report them to management promptly.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of professional cooking experience in a commercial kitchen.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills; able to follow instructions and convey information clearly.
  • Strong sense of honesty, responsibility, and reliability.
  • Proven capability to perform effectively under high‑stress and time‑critical conditions.
