Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and continuously refine workbooks and supplementary materials that reinforce classroom learning.
- Implement student‑centered teaching methods, encouraging active participation, peer collaboration, and critical thinking.
- Incorporate interactive games, role‑plays, and multimedia resources to make lessons enjoyable and memorable.
- Maintain strict punctuality and adherence to the daily schedule (Monday‑Saturday, 09:00‑17:30).
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment through effective classroom management techniques.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and curriculum designers to share best practices and ensure consistency across grade levels.
- Provide constructive feedback on student performance in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
- Participate in regular professional development workshops and parent‑teacher meetings.
- Mentor junior teachers and assist in training new staff on pedagogical approaches and technology tools.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in English Education or English Literature.
- Experience: At least 1 year of teaching English to middle‑school students.
- Gender: Female candidates only, as specified by the institution’s policy.
- Language Proficiency: Ability to communicate fluently in English, both spoken and written.

- Mastery of the four language skills – Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing.
