Introduction
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Professional Private Tutor (Guru Les Privat Profesional) to join our educational team in Boyolali. Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver customized lesson plans for students across multiple grade levels (TK, SD, SMP, and SMA), aligning with curriculum standards.
- Assess each student’s strengths and areas for improvement, providing constructive feedback and targeted support.
- Maintain a safe, engaging, and disciplined learning environment that encourages curiosity and academic growth.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress, attendance, and any concerns.
- Prepare educational materials, worksheets, and interactive activities to enhance the learning experience.
- Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles, including visual, auditory, and kinesthetic approaches.
- Manage scheduling and attendance records, ensuring punctuality for all sessions scheduled Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
- Participate in periodic training sessions and professional development workshops to stay current with educational best practices.
- Uphold the institution’s standards of professionalism, including proper attire, demeanor, and confidentiality.
Requirements
- Female candidates only.
- Minimum education: Active university student (final semester preferred) or a graduate with a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field; candidates with a background in Education are highly favored.
- Age limit: No maximum age restriction, but candidates should demonstrate the energy and commitment required for active classroom engagement.
- Strong passion for teaching and interacting with children and teenagers.
- Ability to teach subjects appropriate to the student’s level, from kindergarten to senior high school.
- Excellent communication skills, patience, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.

- Willingness to adhere to the set teaching schedule and flexibility to accommodate occasional changes.
- Residency within the Boyolali region or surrounding areas is considered a valuable advantage.
