Responsibilities
- Plan, deliver, and assess mathematics lessons in line with Cambridge International and/or OxfordAQA curricula, ensuring alignment with national standards.
- Develop engaging instructional materials, including worksheets, digital presentations, and formative assessments using Google Workspace for Education.
- Provide individualized support and enrichment activities for students of varying abilities, fostering both remedial and accelerated pathways.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to integrate interdisciplinary projects that link mathematics with science, technology, engineering, and the arts (STEAM).
- Maintain accurate student records, grade books, and progress reports, communicating performance insights to parents and guardians.
- Participate in regular faculty meetings, professional development workshops, and curriculum review panels to continuously improve teaching practice.
- Uphold the school’s code of conduct, promoting a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment.
- Utilize classroom technology—interactive whiteboards, online learning platforms, and assessment tools—to enhance student engagement.

Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mathematics, Education, or a related field; fresh graduates are welcome.
- At least 2 years of teaching experience at the secondary level, preferably with exposure to Cambridge International or OxfordAQA curricula.
- Proficiency in English—both spoken and written—is essential for delivering curriculum content and preparing reports.
- Demonstrated ability to use Google Workspace for Education (Docs, Slides, Classroom, Drive) to organize lessons and communicate with stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills: responsible, committed, creative, highly motivated, fast learner, and capable of working effectively in a team.
- Pleasant, mature personality with excellent communication skills and adaptability to new challenges.
- Competent computer literacy, including familiarity with educational software and basic troubleshooting.
- Indonesian citizenship (no expatriates).
