Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging mathematics lessons for junior high (SMP) and senior high (SMA) students, aligning with the national curriculum and school standards.
- Prepare comprehensive lesson plans, teaching materials, and visual aids that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Assess student performance through quizzes, tests, projects, and oral examinations, providing timely and constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student progress reports.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student achievements, areas for improvement, and classroom behavior.
- Participate in faculty meetings, professional development workshops, and school events such as science fairs, math competitions, and extracurricular clubs.
- Implement classroom management strategies that promote a respectful, inclusive, and safe learning environment.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to integrate interdisciplinary projects that enhance mathematical understanding.
- Uphold the school’s code of conduct, demonstrating honesty, trustworthiness, and adherence to all institutional policies.
Requirements
- Age: Minimum 18 years, maximum 50 years.
- Education: Minimum a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience:
- For candidates with a high school (SMA) or pesantren background, at least one year of teaching experience is required.
- University students (still studying) may apply if they demonstrate strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching.
- Personal Qualities: Good character, honesty, integrity, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Skills: Effective communication, ability to simplify complex concepts, proficiency in using digital teaching tools, and strong classroom management abilities.
- Availability: Full‑time commitment, Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
